What are the steps we need to make to have our beach wedding in the Bahamas?
  1. ​Select your wedding date (arrival by plane or by ship -- when will you be in Nassau, Bahamas)
  2. Choose the package you are interested in
  3. Contact us (preferably through the contact us form on the page, or by email)
  4. Reserve your wedding date and desired package with our company:  Your Bahamas Beach Wedding (A division of Your Wedding Company, Inc.)  Deposit can be made by credit card invoice that we can email you, or by mailing in the deposit form, found on this page.
  5. Receive email confirmation of your deposit and reservation
  6. Within two weeks, receive a confirmation contract, a selections worksheet, Bahamas marriage license preliminary paperwork (all balances and selections are due no less than 30 days from ceremony date)
  7. Approximately one week before your ceremony date, you will receive a detailed agenda for your beach wedding:  where your group should meet (especially if you are arriving by cruise ship), where you will meet our transportation, how everyone will arrive on the beach, the actual ceremony itinerary, and heading back to the original pick up.
  8. ​Within 30 days from the ceremony date -- All photos will be available to you by free digital download (a link will be sent to your email, and you will be able to download all of your photos onto your own device). 
  9. If this was your official wedding ceremony (not a vow renewal or commitment ceremony) -- you will receive your certified copy of your Bahamas marriage license within 45 days of the ceremony.  This official recorded marriage license  will be sent to the address you have provided them, and us.
  10. Once you receive your Bahamas Marriage License, check with your local clerk of court -- in some instances, you may have to record this marriage license for official documentation in the States.

Important Payment Information:
Your beach wedding date (and package price) is not reserved until we receive a deposit.  If you are making your reservation with less than 30 days from the ceremony date -- package must be paid for in full.

Packages prices and components are subject to change without notice.  Once your package is reserved with a deposit, your package price will be "locked in".

All deposits are non-refundable -- NO EXCEPTIONS. You are allowed one scheduled date change -- if date is changed more than 30 days before ceremony date, and your new date is available.    No changes or refunds within 30 days of ceremony date.

We accept Visa/Master Card/American Express (3% service charge is added) OR Certified Bank Checks, or wire transfers (fees from your bank my apply for wire transfers)

All balances MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 days from ceremony date if you don't want your wedding ceremony to be cancelled.
